the first tips is start doing exercising in home only .because in corona time we can't go outside of the home .so we have to do exercise at home only. like skipping ,yoga etc. use different type of exercise at home , and wakeup at 6:00 and do yoga .not everyone has the time  or money to go the gym and there is no need to go gym so its very benifical to do at home only. 
  • Follow diet
Why is it so difficult to follow a diet and keep good eating ...
Don't eat junk food follow the diet .If you eat junk food then you not feel well and have many disease and have fever and vomiting .its cause many problem in your body . so follow diet and eat a natural green vegetable .fresh food .and food which have higher vitamins .
